The Final Fresh Faces Project Awards 2024

Hello everyone,

I appreciate you stopping by. My name is Dr. Calynn Lawrence, Founder of The Fresh Faces Project. It is my absolute pleasure to express gratitude for all of our supporters over the last 10 years who’ve helped us get to this point of success. Without you, our impact and endeavors at the local, country and international levels would have paled in comparison. Thanks to our beloved participants, this nonprofit initiative has assisted nearly 1000 individuals, small businesses, charities and creatives through our free and discounted media and advertising services, cash donations, and our annual awards ceremony that honors a diverse community of changemakers in their fields.

This year’s ceremony marked the final event as we now will be shifting to an entirely virtual model that focuses on offering financial aid to the rising dreamers and do-gooders of the world like yourself, especially those in marginalized populations. It was a beautiful success and was even covered in Forbes Magazine UK, Vogue Daily and Ted X Magazine!

Now that I’ve finally finished school as a social scientist and multi board certified trauma specialist, I’m called to focus the bulk of my bandwidth on fortifying under resourced communities through quality holistic health care, education equity and legal system reform. 

It’s certainly been a cherished journey seeing the Fresh Faces Project grow from my high school blog to being a world-record-breaking collaborative that has gained so much positive press across tens of major media outlets and won many prized awards for our humanitarian efforts at the global and national levels.  Again, thank you so much to everyone over the years who’s been a part of this, and congratulations to all of this year’s honorees and those of our several awards ceremonies in the past. You deserve it ten times over for the amazing things you do for society. I joyously await seeing you continue to enact positive change!
